I had a wonderful experience selling my house and buying a new house under the guidance and expertise of David Vane with Weichert New Colony. I actually met David in 2016 when I purchased a home from him (he owned the house). I unfortunately had to sell said home this year, so I asked David Vane to be my realtor. This was the best decision I could have made. David is a pro! He has many years of experience, he is knowledgeable and confident, and quite frankly he gets stuff done! I listened to David and followed his recommendations based on his expertise, and my house sold in 12 hrs (full price offer). After the inspection, there were a few little things I needed to have fixed and I asked David to take care of it. His company works with various contractors (e.g. plumbers, electricians, etc) so I didn't have to make a single call or worry about anything.
Once my house was under contract, David and I went out the very next day looking for a new house for me to buy. I found one I liked and David put in the offer that night. His advice to me was crucial during negotiations and I got the house and some closing help from the seller. We had some delays closing on the new house (from the seller's end) and David kept me updated and was in constant touch with the seller's realtor. I now own the house, and David is still helping me arrange for some electrical work to be done.
House selling/buying can be a very stressful and emotional process, but David Vane made the experience a pleasure. He knows what he's doing and he is PHENOMENAL! I also had the pleasure of meeting and working with his business partner Michael, who was equally knowledgeable and professional. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND Weichert Realtors - New Colony!!
